In this Act, the term appropriate congressional committees means— the Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology of the House of Representatives; and the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate.
