Of the unobligated balances available under the heading Export and Investment Assistance, Export-Import Bank of the United States, Subsidy Appropriation for tied-aid grants from prior Acts making appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs, $11,762,000 are hereby rescinded.
