Sec. 202. Conveyance of land for use as a public cemetery

The Secretary shall convey to the County, without consideration, the Federal land described in subsection (b). The Federal land referred to in subsection
(a)is the approximately 10 acres of land depicted as Unionville Cemetery on the Map. The Federal land conveyed under subsection
(a)shall be used by the County as a public cemetery.
