Sec. 356. Public events about Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility

At least once every calendar quarter, the Secretary of the Navy, or the designee of the Secretary, shall hold an event that is open to the public at which the Secretary shall provide up-to-date information about the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility. The requirement to hold events under subsection
(a)shall terminate on the earlier of the following dates: September 30, 2025. The date on which the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility ceases operation.
