Section 2208(u) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking carry out and inserting fund ; in paragraph (2)— by striking Section 2805 and inserting
(A)Except as provided in subparagraph (B), section 2805 ; by striking carried out with and inserting funded using ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: For purposes of applying subparagraph (A), the dollar limitation specified in subsection (a)(2) of section 2805 of this title, subject to adjustment as provided in subsection
(f)of such section, shall apply rather than the dollar limitation specified in subsection
(c)of such section. ; and in paragraph (4), by striking carry out and inserting fund .
