Section 1264 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 131 Stat. 1689) is amended— in the heading for subsection (a), by striking and inserting Initial ; Annual in subsection (a)(1), by striking 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act and inserting March 1 of each year ; and in subsection (a)(2), by striking during the period and all that follows to the end and inserting from the preceding year. .
