Not later than December 15, 2019, the Secretary of Defense shall provide to the congressional defense committees a briefing on the progress of the Trusted Capital Marketplace pilot program (Solicitation number: CS–19–1701), to include plans for how the program will— align with critical defense requirements; and become self-sustaining.
