Sec. 359. Completion of Department of Defense Directive 2310.07E regarding missing persons

The Secretary of Defense shall make the completion of Department of Defense Directive 2310.07E a top priority in order to improve the efficiency of locating missing persons. In this section, the term missing person has the meaning given such term in section 1513 of title 10, United States Code.
