Sec. 2903. Authorized Air Force construction and land acquisition projects

Subject to subsection (b), the Secretary of the Air Force may acquire real property and carry out the military construction projects for the installations outside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table: Air Force: Outside the United States Country Location Amount Iceland Keflavik $57,000,000 Jordan Azraq $66,000,000 Spain Moron $8,500,000 Unspecified Europe European Deterrence Initiative: Various $231,246,000 Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Air Force shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report containing a plan to carry out each military construction project authorized in the final item in the table in subsection
(a)for an unspecified location for the European Deterrence Initiative. The plan shall include a Department of Defense Form 1391 for each proposed project. The Secretary may not commence a project until the report has been submitted.
