Section 1207 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( 10 U.S.C. 2342 note) is amended— by redesignating subsections
(d)and
(e)as subsections
(e)and (f), respectively; by inserting after subsection
(c)the following: If the authority provided under this section is exercised during a fiscal year, the Secretary of Defense shall, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State, submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report on the exercise of such authority by not later than October 30 of the year in which such fiscal year ends. Each report on the exercise of such authority shall specify the recipient country of the equipment loaned, the type of equipment loaned, and the duration of the loan of such equipment. ; and in subsection (f), as redesignated, by striking September 30, 2019 and inserting December 31, 2024 .
