The Secretary of Defense shall develop a noise inquiry website, to assist in directing mitigation efforts toward concentrated areas of inquiry, that is based off of the websites of the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and the Dulles International Airport. Such website shall— provide a form to collect inquiry information; geo-tag the location of the inquiry to an exportable map; export information to an Excel spreadsheet; and send an email response to the individual making the inquiry. In this section, the term National Capital Region has the meaning given the term in section 2574 of title 10, United States Code.
