Sec. 810. Application of limitation on procurement of goods other than United States goods to the FFG–Frigate Program

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, amounts authorized to carry out the FFG–Frigate Program may be used to award a new contract that provides for the acquisition of the following components regardless of whether those components are manufactured in the United States: Auxiliary equipment (including pumps) for shipboard services. Propulsion equipment (including engines, reduction gears, and propellers). Shipboard cranes. Spreaders for shipboard cranes.
