Section 9414b(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting Commandant ; Director and Chancellor by striking Commandant each place it appears and inserting Director and Chancellor ; and in the heading of paragraph (3), by striking Commandant and inserting Director and Chancellor . Section 9414 of such title is amended by striking Commandant both places it appears and inserting Director and Chancellor . Any reference in any law, regulation, map, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Commandant of the United States Air Force Institute of Technology shall be deemed to be a reference to the Director and Chancellor of the United States Air Force Institute of Technology.
