Section 1250 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 1068) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking in coordination with the Secretary of State and inserting with the concurrence of the Secretary of State ; in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking 50 percent of the funds available for fiscal year 2019 pursuant to subsection (f)(4) and inserting 50 percent of the funds available for fiscal year 2020 pursuant to subsection (f)(5) ; in paragraph (3), by striking fiscal year 2019 and inserting fiscal year 2020 ; and in paragraph (5), by striking Of the funds available for fiscal year 2019 pursuant to subsection (f)(4) and inserting Of the funds available for fiscal year 2020 pursuant to subsection (f)(5) ; and in subsection (f), by adding at the end the following:
For fiscal year 2020, $250,000,000. .
