Section 126(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 130 Stat. 2035) is amended— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting and CVN–80 ; , CVN–80, and CVN–81 in paragraph (1), by striking costs described in subsection
(b)for the CVN–79 and CVN–80 and inserting cost targets for the CVN–79, the CVN–80, and the CVN–81 ; and in paragraph (2)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking and the CVN–80 and inserting , the CVN–80, and the CVN–81 in subparagraph (A), by striking costs described in subsection
(b)and inserting cost targets ; in subparagraph (F), by striking costs specified in subsection
(b)and inserting cost targets ; and in subparagraph (G), by striking costs specified in subsection
(b)and inserting cost targets .
