Section 1014 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ) is amended— by striking section 371 of title 10, United States Code each place it appears and inserting section 271 of title 10, United States Code ; and in subsection (d)(3) by striking January 31, 2020 and inserting December 31, 2022 .
