Section 210 of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5116 et seq.), as redesignated by section 209 of this Act, is amended— by striking There are and inserting the following: There are ; by striking to carry out through fiscal year 2010 and inserting to carry out this title $270,000,000 for fiscal year 2020 ; by striking 2011 through 2015 and inserting 2021 through 2025 ; and by adding at the end the following: For any fiscal year for which the amount appropriated under subsection
(a)exceeds the amount appropriated under such subsection for fiscal year 2019, the Secretary shall consider non-Federal funds and in-kind contributions as part of the State contribution for the activities specified in section 204(4). .
