The Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5101 et seq.), as amended by the preceding provisions of this Act, is further amended— by striking Committee on Education and the Workforce each place it appears and inserting Committee on Education and Labor ; in section 103(c)(1)(F), by striking abused and neglected children and inserting victims of child abuse or neglect ; and in section 107(f), by striking ( and inserting 42 U.S.C. 10603a ) ( . 34 U.S.C. 20104 ) Section 103(b)(5) ( 42 U.S.C. 5104(b)(5) ) is amended by striking section 106(b)(2)(B)(iii) and inserting section 106(b)(2)(D)(ii) .
Section 105(a)(11) ( 42 U.S.C. 5106(a)(11) (as redesignated by section 105(1)(A) of this Act) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking section 106(b)(2)(B)(iii) and inserting section 106(b)(2)(D)(ii) ; in subparagraph (C)— in clause (i)(II), by striking section 106(b)(2)(B)(iii) and inserting section 106(b)(2)(D)(ii) ; in clause (i)(IV), by striking section 106(b)(2)(B)(iii)(II) and inserting section 106(b)(2)(D)(ii)(II) ; and in clause (ii), by striking clauses

The table of contents in section 1(b) of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act is amended— by striking the items relating to sections 2 and 102; by inserting after the item relating to section 114 the following: Sec. 115. Electronic interstate data exchange system. ; and by striking the item relating to section 110, and inserting the following: Sec. 110. Study and report relating to scaling evidence-based treatment of child abuse and neglect; study and report on marital age of consent; study and report on State mandatory reporting laws. .
