Subtitle A ( 33 U.S.C. 3001 et seq.), as amended by section 104 of this Act, is further amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary may use for public relations purposes of the Department of Commerce any advertising materials developed for use for recruitment and retention of personnel for the commissioned officer corps of the Administration. . The table of contents in section 1 of the Hydrographic Services Improvement Act Amendments of 2002 ( Public Law 107–372 ), as amended by this Act, is further amended by inserting after the item relating to section 217 the following: Sec. 218. Use of recruiting materials for public relations. .
