The Secretary shall ensure that programs at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention related to outreach to medically underserved communities, including racial and ethnic minority populations, include efforts to educate and provide guidance regarding effective evidence-based strategies— to prevent tobacco, e-cigarette, and nicotine addiction; and for smoking cessation and the cessation of the use of e-cigarettes and electronic nicotine delivery systems.
