Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter for each of the following 5 years, the Secretary of Labor shall— conduct a study of— the effects of the provisions of, including amendments made by, this Act on premiums and out-of-pocket costs in group health plans, including out-of-pocket costs that are permitted by reason of compliance with section 2799A(d) of the Public Health Service Act, as added by section 2(d); the adequacy of provider networks in group health plans; and such other effects of such provisions, and amendments, as the Secretary deems relevant; and submit a report on such study to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate and the Committee on Education and Labor and the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives.
