Section 1903 of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396b ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The Secretary shall make publicly available upper payment limit demonstrations for hospital services that a State submits with respect to a fiscal year of the State (beginning with State fiscal year 2022) to the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. .
