Section 2(3) of the Foreign Aid Transparency and Accountability Act of 2016 ( Public Law 114–191 ; 22 U.S.C. 2394c note) is amended— in subparagraph (C), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (D), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: the Global Health Security Act of 2020. .
