Section 5(b)(2) of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 ( 2 U.S.C. 1604(b)(2) ) is amended— by striking and at the end of subparagraph (C); by adding and at the end of subparagraph (D); and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: a list of each covered executive branch official with respect to whom the lobbyist made a lobbying contact; . The amendment made by subsection

(a)shall apply with respect to reports filed under section 5 of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 ( 2 U.S.C. 1604 ) for quarters beginning on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
