Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Rural Housing Service of the Department of Agriculture shall submit to Congress a report including— a description of— the number of properties assisted under title V of the Housing Act of 1949 ( 42 U.S.C. 1471 et seq.) that are reaching the end of their loan term; the location of each property described in subparagraph (A); the number of units in each property described in subparagraph (A); and the date on which each the loan for each property described in subparagraph
(A)is expected to reach maturity; the strategy of the Rural Housing Service to preserve the long-term affordability of the properties described in paragraph (1)(A) when the loan matures; and a description of the resources and tools that the Rural Housing Service needs from Congress in order to preserve the long-term affordability of the properties described in paragraph
(1)(A).
