There are appropriated under the heading Operation of Indian Programs under the heading Bureau of Indian Affairs and Bureau of Indian Education , in addition to any other amounts made available under such heading and in order to provide additional funding for hiring staff for tribal detention facilities, including addressing the needs of newly funded tribal detention facilities, $2,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2020. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the total amount appropriated under the heading Working Capital Fund for the Department of the Interior is hereby reduced by $2,000,000.
