The terms and conditions of section 7055 of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2010 (division F of Public Law 111–117 ) shall apply to this Act: , That the date Provided September 30, 2009 in subsection (f)(2)(B) of such section shall be deemed to be September 30, 2018 .
