The Comptroller General of the United States, in consultation with relevant regulators, shall conduct a study that— examines the financial impact of the mineral pyrrhotite in concrete home foundations; and provides recommendations on regulatory and legislative actions needed to help mitigate the financial impact described in paragraph
(1)on banks, mortgage lenders, tax revenues, and homeowners.
