Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Small Business Administration shall conduct a study on whether the provision of matchmaking services that, using data collected through outside entities such as local chambers of commerce, link veteran entrepreneurs to business leads in given industry sectors or geographic regions, would enhance the existing veterans entrepreneurship programs of the Administration.
