Section 164(b)(1) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph
(A)by striking alcohol-impaired and inserting alcohol or polysubstance-impaired ; and in subparagraph (B)— by striking alcohol-impaired and inserting alcohol or polysubstance-impaired ; by striking or and inserting a comma; and by inserting , or driving while polysubstance-impaired after driving under the influence .
