Section 45L(g) is amended by striking December 31, 2020 and inserting December 31, 2025 . Section 45L(a)(2)(A) is amended by striking $2,000 and inserting $2,500 . Section 45L(c)(1) is amended by striking 50 percent each place such term appears and inserting 60 percent . Section 45L(c) is amended by amending paragraph
(3)to read as follows: a unit which meets the requirements established by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency under the Energy Star Labeled Homes program and, in the case of a manufactured home, which conforms to Federal Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards (part 3280 of title 24, Code of Federal Regulations). . Section 45L(c), as amended by paragraph (1), is further amended by striking or at the end of paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end of paragraph
