The Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, in coordination with the Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Director of the United States Geological Survey, shall submit to Congress a report on the impact of waters that contain perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substances on fish that— inhabit such waters; and are used for recreation or subsistence. The report required by subsection
(a)shall include information on the following: The concentration of perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances in fish that inhabit waters that contain such substances. The health risks posed to persons who frequently consume fish that inhabit waters that contain perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substances. The risks to natural predators of fish that inhabit waters that contain perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substances, including dolphins. Measures that can be taken to mitigate the risks described in paragraphs
(2)and (3).
