Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this division, the Secretary, in consultation with the officials described in subsection (b), shall— identify the data that States should collect and include in the databases developed under section 70102(a)(2)(A)(ii); develop standards for the measurement of such data; and issue guidance to States concerning the collection and measurement of such data. The officials described in this subsection are— the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency; the Secretary of Energy; the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; and the Director of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.
