Section 6305 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by striking The Director and all that follows to the period and inserting Notwithstanding section 418 of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 ( ; and Public Law 115–254 ), not later than 6 months after the date of enactment of the INVEST in America Act, the Director shall establish and consult with an advisory council on transportation statistics. by striking subsection (d)(3).
