Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary, acting through the Director of the Building Technologies Office of the Department of Energy, shall issue a notice that includes— criteria established under section 33202A for approval by the Secretary of courses for which credits may be issued for purposes of a HOPE Qualification; a list of courses that meet such criteria and are so approved; and information on how individuals and entities may apply for grants under this part.
