There are appropriated to the Assistant Secretary, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $26,000,000 to carry out this chapter for fiscal year 2021, to remain available until expended. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Assistant Secretary $26,000,000 to carry out this chapter for fiscal year 2022 and each fiscal year thereafter, to remain available until expended.
