Section 4(b)(1) of the Water Infrastructure Improvement Act ( 42 U.S.C. 4370j(b)(1) ) is amended to read as follows: technical and planning assistance to support municipalities, including municipalities that are rural, small, and tribal communities, in achieving and maintaining compliance with enforceable deadlines, goals, and requirements of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act; and .
