Section 48103(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraphs (4), (5), and
(6)and inserting the following: $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; and $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2025. . Section 47104(c) of title 49, United States Code, is amended in the matter preceding paragraph
(1)by striking 2023, and inserting 2025, . Section 47114(c)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: Notwithstanding subparagraph (A), the Secretary shall apportion to a sponsor of an airport under such subparagraph for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025 an amount based on the number of passenger boardings at the airport during calendar year 2019, if the number of passenger boardings at the airport during calendar year 2019 is greater than the number of passenger boardings that would be otherwise calculated under subparagraph (A). .
