Section 6314 of title 49, United States Code, is repealed. The analysis for chapter 63 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 6314. Section 6307(b) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph
(A)by striking or section 6314(b) ; in subparagraph
(B)by striking or section 6314(b) ; and in subparagraph
(C)by striking or section 6314(b) ; and in paragraph (2)(A) by striking or section 6314(b) .
