Section 9503 is amended— by striking October 1, 2020 in subsections (b)(6)(B), (c)(1), and (e)(3) and inserting October 1, 2025 , and by striking FAST Act in subsections (c)(1) and (e)(3) and inserting . Moving Forward Act Section 9504 is amended— by striking FAST Act each place it appears in subsection (b)(2) and inserting , and Moving Forward Act by striking October 1, 2020 in subsection (d)(2) and inserting October 1, 2025 . Section 9508(e)(2) is amended by striking October 1, 2020 and inserting October 1, 2025 .
