Section 146(d)(1) is amended— by striking $75 ($62.50 in the case of calendar year 2001) and inserting $115 , and by striking $225,000,000 ($187,500,000 in the case of calendar year 2001) and inserting $353,775,000 . Section 146(d)(2) is amended— by striking 2002 and inserting 2020 , and by striking 2001 in subparagraph
(B)and inserting 2019 . The amendments made by this section shall apply to calendar years after 2020.
