Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this paragraph, the Secretary shall renew the Advisory Committee on Water Information established by the Office of Management and Budget Memorandum No. M–92–01, the charter for which was renewed by the Secretary on June 29, 2018. The Advisory Committee renewed under this section shall not terminate except as provided by an Act of Congress.
