Sec. 70401. Allocations to States

Beginning not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this division, the Secretary shall carry out a program under which the Secretary makes allocations to States to pay the Federal share of the costs of making grants to local educational agencies under section 70402. Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this division, the Secretary shall publish, on a publicly accessible website of the Department of Education, instructions describing how a State may receive an allocation under this section.
