Sec. 70118. Prohibition on use of funds for certain charter schools

No covered funds may be used for the facilities of a public charter school if— the school leases the facilities from an individual or private sector entity; and such individual, or an individual with a direct or indirect financial interest in such entity, has a management or governance role in such school.
