Sec. 40011. Accessibility of public transportation for pregnant women

Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation shall submit to Congress a report that includes— a description of the unique challenges that pregnant women face when riding public transportation; and an assessment of how accessible public transportation that receives Federal funds is for pregnant women.
