Sec. 33312. Study on impact of air pollution from vehicles idling in school zones

Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, acting jointly, shall— complete a study on the impacts on the health of children related to the emission of air pollutants from school buses and other vehicles idling in school zones; and submit a report to the Congress on the results of such study.
