Section 1452(m)(1) of the Safe Drinking Water Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300j–12(m)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (B), by striking and ; in subparagraph (C), by striking 2021. and inserting 2021; ; and by adding at the end the following: $4,140,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; $4,800,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; and $5,500,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 and 2025. . Section 2001(d) of America’s Water Infrastructure Act of 2018 ( Public Law 115–270 ) is amended by striking 2022 and inserting 2025 .
Section 1464(d)(8) of the Safe Drinking Water Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300j–24(d)(8) ) is amended by striking 2021 and inserting 2025 . Section 1465(d) of the Safe Drinking Water Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300j–25(d) ) is amended by striking 2021 and inserting 2025 . Section 1433(g)(6) of the Safe Drinking Water Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300i–2(g)(6) ) is amended by striking 2021 and inserting 2025 . Section 1443(a)(7) of the Safe Drinking Water Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300j–2(a)(7) ) is amended by striking 2021 and inserting 2025 .
