Section 1834(t) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395m(t) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in the heading, by striking and inserting In general ; Site payment in the matter preceding subparagraph (A)— by striking or to and inserting , to ; by inserting , or to a physician for services furnished in a physician’s office after surgical center ; and by inserting (or 2021 with respect to a physician for services furnished in a physician’s office) after 2018 ; and in subparagraph (A)— by striking and the and inserting , the ; and by inserting , and the physician fee schedule under section 1848 (with respect to the practice expense component of such payment amount) after such section ; by redesignating paragraphs

(1)the following new paragraph: Beginning in 2021, the Secretary shall expand the information included on the Internet website described in paragraph
(1)to include— the amount paid to a physician under section 1848 for an item or service for the settings described in paragraph (1); and the estimated amount of beneficiary liability applicable to the item or service. .
