Sec. 8. Office of management and budget reporting requirements

As of the date of enactment of this Act, section 150 of the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2020 (division A of Public Law 116–59 ), as added by the Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2020 (division A of Public Law 116–69 ), shall no longer have any force or effect. Notwithstanding the 7 calendar days requirement in section 251(a)(7)(B) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 ( 2 U.S.C. 901(a)(7)(B) ), for any appropriations Act for fiscal year 2020 enacted before January 1, 2020, the Office of Management and Budget shall transmit to the Congress its report under that section estimating the discretionary budgetary effects of such Acts not later than January 15, 2020.
