There is hereby appropriated $6,000,000 for the purposes described in the paragraph entitled Nutrition Assistance Program
(NAP)Study under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program included in House Report 116–107, of which $4,000,000 shall be for the Secretary to update the Feasibility Report, and of which $2,000,000 shall be for Puerto Rico for technology requirements: , That the reports detailed in House Report 116-107 shall be due not later than December 31, 2020.
